Laura moved with us in July 2016 as well, she queried that the fuel fee was only $25 then, but this time the callout fee was $80. We explained her that we cover Chirnside park area but due to the distance from our base the $80 allows for our travel and fuel expenses.
• Jacqui moved with us on 23 June 2017 ( Friday ) from Rosewood place in Chirnside park to Alpine Boulevard in Launching Place. This was a 3 bedroom double storey house and we used our 6.5 ton truck with 2 men. The move was finished within 6.5 hours and the total cost was $864 including stairs fee and Gst. Jacqui was impressed with our lifting shoulder straps moving equipment. Her heavy furniture was moved easily over the stairs and there was no scratch and dent to the walls. The move took 8.5 hours and the total cost was $1187 including the Gst and travel. All beds had to disassembled and reassembled and this can take time depending on the type of bed. This was Covid Pandemic lockdown times, and the boys had to be very careful with hygiene and wore masks all the time. Jason had no complaints and thanked the boys for their hard work and respectful approach.
