Very professional, extremely accomodating to customer’s needs n competitive price. The staff helped me from start to finish. I am single lady n they went out of their way to do the things exactly the way i wanted. Always texted n kept me updated about the job. None of my furniture was damaged. Charged me few extra dollars for boxes, stairs n extra round, but i am glad i paid and got service through them only. I am extremely happy n satisfied with their job. Big thanks to the staff whi were so respectful towards female customer.

Overall 9.5 out of 10 to Gill Preet the manager and his removalist team. Great price, communication, transparency and easy quote per jobs requirement. Same goes to our removalists polite mannerism, punctuality & professionalism.The move went really well. Punctual & Trustworthy. Labour hours delivered between 8AM- 2.45pm then they took off to the next job. This is a genuine review. Highly recommended.

2 men with truck arrived on time…made everything very easy for me … they were very quick and professional… I was very impressed by the way they used straps for lifting heavy furniture items … they finished all my move on time …. I highly recommend Melbourne City Movers … will definitely use next time…

I used Melbourne City Movers to do a 3BR NE vic regional to Melb move. Price point was fair & reasonable, it was a long day for the guys who did a great job packing & unpacking whilst looking after my stuff including some fragile antique furniture & precious items. Communication was clear & responsive. Overall a good operation. I would use them again and recommend to others.

I had the best moving experience with Melbourne City Movers. The team who assisted with our move (Shri & Love) did a fabulous job. Nothing was broken or damaged. Though we had some heavy stuff to move and also had stairs we didn’t hear then complain; they were very careful and coordinated.

The move was absolutely smooth. Every furniture was placed perfectly. Two movers were amazing to deal with and made the move stress free for me. The quote was very genuine for the number of items I moved. The attention to detail of handling things was amazing, movers carry shoulder belts to move heavy and bulky items i was amazed to see that. I will definitely use the service again. I highly recommend the service to others. Thanks to Melbourne city movers.

Professional - have all the right equipment to safely move your furniture. I used them 3 years ago, and happily used them again this week, when I moved. Punctual, excellent communication, no items were damaged. Such an affordable price! Knowledgeable & skilled - assembled my gas lift bed too. The whole move went smoothly and I felt very cared for & relaxed, the entire time. Highly recommend.

Moved yesterday with two workers. They cleared two apartments and got everything into the new building with no damage. Only reason i cannot rate higher was the fact that they were two hours late, missing the bookings i made to make the moving process easier (priority for elevator and parking). They did call me a few hours before to let me know they would be an hour and forty minutes late. They did discount what i paid for parking which was great. The two blokes were very efficient and professional. They did seem upset that the bookings were missed but as it was no fault of my own they didnt mention it. If there was more of a guarantee of punctuality for the bookings they make with clients i'd be happy to book again for my next move!

This is the third time I've used Melbourne City Movers for long distance moves (Gippsland/Melbourne). A shout out to Jot and Harjot for their quick and efficient loading and unloading. There was a great deal of stuff and the whole experience was easy -quick response to booking questions and clear communication at all times. After weeks of packing and cleaning it was good to leave the final pack/move up to the professionals. Thanks guys.
