• Kane organized this move on 16 October 2016, on behalf of his workplace ( Upstream Solutions), from Highbury road in Burwood to Lurnea street in Glen Iris. The amount of furniture was equivalent to a 2 bed house and there were 1 level of stairs at both properties. Main items to move were : 4 x 3 seater couches, 1 x king bed ( mattress and base), 1 x long TV unit, 1 x medium-large coffee table, washer, dryer, filing cabinet, bookcase, 2 x tall boys, buffet, 3 x bedside tables, 1 single door fridge, outdoor setting of table and 8 chairs, 2 x olive trees in medium large pots. The move started at 9 am sharp with 2 men and our 4.5 ton truck. The move took 2.5 hours and the total cost of the move was $418 including GST and Sunday surcharge. Kane was happy to help in for moving the heavy Olive trees in pots. In the end all items were moved safely and as per Kane’s satisfaction.
• Rebecca moved with us on 19 November 2016 ( Saturday ), from Deja Vu Interiors on 25 main street in Greensborough to Ireland street in Burwood. This move was picking up and delivering 2 Queen beds, Single bed , Couch & small dining table. We used our 4.5 ton truck with 2 men, the job was finished in 4 hours and the total cost was $410. It took 4 hours because the boys have to move all furniture through the shopping center, walking more than 100m, avoiding pedestrians and being extra careful for the safety of all around. The job was done with perfection and Deja Vu interiors have been moving with us since 2016.
• Rebecca again organized this move on 6 January 2017, on behalf of Deja Vu interiors, located at Eastland shopping centre in Ringwood. Pickup was from Ireland street in Burwood ( 1 level of stairs) and delivery to Blazey drive in Croydon South. Main items to move were : 2 x double beds, 1 x single bed, dining table, 2 x couches, bedsides, TV unit and accessories. There were other items as well, which were to be taken back to Eastland store in Burwood. We used our 4.5 ton truck with 2 men and started at 8.30 am sharp. The move took 3.5 hours for a total cost of $363 including GST and stair fees. We have been moving furniture for Deja Vu interiors for the last 5 years, their stores in Greensborough and Burwood have been our regular destinations.
