• Commercial Fridge Moving : Moved  ON 31 AUG 2020, LOCATION : HUGHESDALE TO BALLARAT, TOTAL MANPOWER : 2 MEN, BELOW JOB TOOK 7 HRS AND TOTAL COST WAS AROUND $1200 : Lisa from West Vic Refrigeration hired Melbourne city Movers for her move for the below commercial refrigeration units. Moving from Poath rd, Hughesdale to Doveton st, North Ballarat, this was not a job for an inexperienced removalist. Our team of Joseph and Craig were able to complete the job with no issues. The boys were on time and had all the moving gears to complete this job professionally. The fridges were tall and so a 8 Ton truck was required with a pallet jack and 2 ton lifter/tailgate at the back of the truck.
• Jess moved with us on 18 Dec 2016 ( Sunday ),  from Fourth street in Black Rock to Ballarat. She also had furniture to be packed and picked up from Twins creek in Upper Pakenham. The move also included a Steel framed Piano, which was extremely heavy. Jess also wanted to move her expensive chinaware , but wanted us to be extremely careful with the expensive cutlery. We used our 8Ton truck with 2 men and the move took around $2000 for a 10 hour job including both ways travel and fuel charges. The move was successful and there was no breakages in this move. The boys did some unpacking for the fragile items as well. Overall Jess was very happy with our moving team.
• Brook moved with us on 1 July 2017 ( Saturday), from Williams road in Prahran to Ballarat. This was a 1 bedroom apartment move with lift access. The move started at 12 noon sharp and we used our 4.5 ton truck with 2 men.  The move took 7 hours including 4 hours travel. Total cost of the move was $830 including GST. Brook had no issues with the move and thanked the boys for their hard work and taking care of her furniture.
• Raquell hired Melbourne City Movers to move his furniture on 14 January 2018 ( Sunday ), from Barmah drive in South Morang to Herriott street in Buninyong near Ballarat. Raquell wanted to move : Entertainment unit, Desk, TV, 2 double beds, Washing machine, Fridge, bookcase, Couch, Tall boy, Scratching post and a few boxes. Delivery address in Buninyong was 1.5 hour away. We used our 4.5 ton truck with 2 men, and started at 8 am sharp. The loading was finished within an hour and the delivery was complete by 11.30 am. Total cost of the move was $528 including Fuel, GST and return charge. Raquell was happy with the timely service and the price was within his budget.
